Instant Pot Sausage and Peppers

Makes 6 servings

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 2 19 oz packages Italian Sweet Sausages (the big links)

  • 4 red peppers sliced

  • 4 green peppers sliced

  • 1 large onion sliced

  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1 can tomato sauce

  • 1 cup chicken broth

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

  1. Combine everything in the Instant pot. Add lid and set the valve to sealing.

  2. Set the pressure (high pressure) to 20 minutes.

  3. When it is finished cooking do a quick release to remove the pressure.

  4. Slice the sausage and serve.
