Shamrock shakes are synonymous with St. Patrick's Day and springtime.
Traditionally, the minty creamy milkshake is both rich and refreshing, but usually packs over 50 grams of sugar per serving! Try this lower-carb version to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Makes: 2 shakes
¾ c full-fat coconut milk
2 tbsp cream cheese OR coconut cream
½ banana, frozen
¼-½ tsp mint extract
2 tbsp mint leaves, shredded, for garnish
½ tsp sea salt
Combine all ingredients except mint leaves (add more if you desire more mint!) and blend on high until combined.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
