Makes: 5 servings
1 cup natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup Swerve
1/4 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients and mix well
Roll 1 tbsp of mix into a ball and place on greased baking sheet.
Using a fork, press balls into a flat cookie shape, rotate fork and press the opposite direction to create a design on top.
Sprinkle tops with a little Swerve.
Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 12 minutes.
Allow to cool 3 minutes then place on cooling rack.
