low carb : cheesy cauliflower tots


Makes: 4 dozen

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Thaw cauliflower rice and squeeze out excess water.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

  3. Butter a mini muffin tin and fill each cup with 1 tbsp of mix.

  4. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.

  5. Gently flip each tot and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

  6. If you reuse a pan be sure to grease between uses.

  7. Dip in low carb marinara sauce or ranch dressing!
