Who says low-carb means no dessert? These molten chocolate mug cakes are game changers and life savers. They're easy to make in no time at all and hit you right in the sweet tooth utilizing no carb sweeteners. 1 large egg
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp coconut flour
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 oz Lily's chocolate bar
1 tbsp whipping cream
Place butter in a mug or ramekin and microwave for 20 seconds
Add the rest of the ingredients, EXCEPT chocolate bar and cream, and mix well.
In 10 second increments, mixing well each time, microwave chocolate and cream together until melted and smooth.
Make a well in the middle the cake mix and pour the melted chocolate in the center (save a little to drizzle over the top!)
Microwave 75 seconds, drizzle with leftover melted chocolate bar, and enjoy the gooey goodness!
