low carb : turkey and cheese popovers


Makes: 6 servings



INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large eggs

  • 8 tbsp coconut milk

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 2 tbsp coconut flour

  • 2 thick slices turkey lunch meat, diced

  • 1/2 cup cheese, cut into small cubes


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients and stir until well combined.

  2. Grease 6 muffin tins and distribute the batter between them.

  3. Bake in 425 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, or until tops are golden brown and puffy.
