4 large eggs
8 tbsp coconut milk
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp coconut flour
2 thick slices turkey lunch meat, diced
1/2 cup cheese, cut into small cubes
Combine all ingredients and stir until well combined.
Grease 6 muffin tins and distribute the batter between them.
Bake in 425 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, or until tops are golden brown and puffy.
