Makes: 20 pancakes
8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
8 large eggs
4 tbsp butter (room temperature)
2 scoops (62g) protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
(optional)sugar-free maple syrup
In a food processor or large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, butter and eggs.
Add the protein powder to the wet ingredient mixture and mix until fully combined.
Heat a skillet on medium heat. Pour in the pancake batter and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
Top with sugar free maple syrup.
