low carb : white queso jalapeno dip


Makes: 15 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1 can green chilis

  • 2 diced fresh jalapenos

  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients well.

  2. Pour into a cast iron skillet.

  3. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.

  4. Dipping ideas: sliced vegetables, cheese Whisps, or pork rinds to dip or add to a bun-less burger or over meatloaf!
