fat bomb : maca root bliss balls

These bliss balls are also known as “fat bombs” because they pack in healthy fats with every bite and provide sustaining energy! By using ingredients such as antioxidant-rich goji berries and hormone-balancing maca root powder, this recipe is sure to leave you feeling totally blissed out. Powerful herbs like cinnamon and cardamom support the removal of toxins while coconut butter brings lasting energy with a high level of plant-based fat without cholesterol. Makes: 10 Bliss Balls


  • 1/3 cup Goji berries

  • 1/3 cup organic chopped almonds

  • 1/3 cup raw shredded coconut

  • 2 tablespoon toasted pepitas

  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon cardamom

  • 2 teaspoons maca powder

  • ½ cup coconut butter


  1. First stir all ingredients except coconut butter together in a large mixing bowl until well combined.

  2. Next, slowly add melted coconut butter to the mixture and stir so that all ingredients are well coated.

  3. Using wet hands, form the mixture into 1 tablespoon-size balls and allow to cool in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
