Who doesn’t love chocolate? Chocolate is probably one of the hardest cravings to control, especially if you have a sweet tooth. But who said that you can’t have some while you’re on a strict low-carb diet? We’ll share with you our low-carb chocolate fudge hack that will surely be your go-to treat towards your way to a healthy lifestyle.

Makes: 16 squares

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate (can add 2 ounces more to add flavor)

  • 1 cup low-carb powdered sweetener (can be Sukrin Melis or Swerve Confectioners)

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon stevia concentrated powder

  • 1 cup butter

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond butter (alternative would be: peanut butter or sun butter without nuts)

  • 8 ounces cream cheese

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. Over medium heat, melt the butter and baking chocolate together.

  3. Add almond butter then blend them using an electric mixer. Afterwards, add the cream cheese and blend them again.

  4. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining dry ingredients. Blend well using an electric mixer. Afterwards, blend in vanilla extract.

  5. Evenly spread the mixture into the prepared pan. Chill in refrigerator until set.
