Keto Crockpot Chili


Makes 8 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lb ground beef

  • ½ onion chopped

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 2 15 oz can tomatoes

  • 1 6 oz can tomato paste

  • 1 4 oz can green chilis

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • ¼ tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded

  • 1 avocado cubed


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large pot, add oil over medium heat.

  2. Add onions and cook until translucent.

  3. Next, add the ground beef and cook until browned, Move the mixture in a Crockpot.

  4. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, chilis and seasonings.

  5. Cover and reduce heat to low and simmer for 7 hours.

  6. Add ¼ cup water if you’d like your chili with more liquid.

  7. Serve warm with cheese and avocados
