Makes: 24 servings
2 tsp cinnamon
½ cup butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup crunchy almond butter (for nut-free: use no-sugar-added SunButter Sunflower Butter instead)
½ cup golden monk fruit sweetener
1 ½ oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
¼ tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp golden monk fruit sweetener
Using an electric mixer, mix well all the fat bomb ingredients in a mixing bowl. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, line plate with parchment paper. Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and form the mixture into balls. Place them on top of the parchment paper. Freeze them for 45 minutes.
To create a frosting, mix together all frosting ingredients in a small bowl using an electric mixer.
After freezing the fat bombs, frost them.
