low carb : chocolate cheesecake mousse

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2.5 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup Swerve

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Using a hand mixer, blend until fluffy, thick, and creamy.

  3. Refridgerate for 1-3 hours.

  4. Top with whipped cream, strawberries, or shaved chocolate. So easy and so delicious!
