INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a heavy duty sauce pan over medium high heat, melt butter.

  2. Add celery and onion to melted butter and saute 5 minutes.

  3. Add clams with their juice, coconut milk, chicken broth, cream cheese, garlic, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.

  4. Stir in cream and bacon and cook just until heated.
