Makes: 15 servings
2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
10 oz chopped frozen spinach, thawed and excess moisture squeezed out
1 14 oz can artichokes, drained and finely chopped
2/3 cup sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp minced garlic
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Mix parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichokes together.
Mix sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and spices together until smooth.
Add artichoke mixture to creamy mixture and stir well.
Place dip in a small cast iron skillet and bake in a 375 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Tip: use veggie sticks or cheese crisps to dip, or top on grilled chicken!
